Neighbourhood Overview

The University neighbourhood is home to one of Canada's best known post-secondary schools, the University of British Columbia (UBC). This community is situated at the western point of Vancouver. The area is home to many UBC students and faculty, but also has many other residential developments such as new condominiums and townhome complexes.

Nature lovers will appreciate the many biking and hiking paths as well as its proximity to beaches and local parks.
