The Realtors within the neighbourhoods of the Blocktalk site are recommended by Peter Forai; an agent with Sutton West Coast Realty, Killarney. If you choose one of the recommended agents as your real estate representative and complete a real estate transaction (buy/sell) with that representative, Around the Block Media Corp. will pay you to review that representative, once your transaction is complete. Upon receiving a completed review, Around the Block Media Corp. will pay you, provide you with an interior design consultation from Gannon Ross Designs, and donate money to the local school PAC and Realtors Care (please see calculator below for approximate values).

1. Find one of our neighbourhood realtors' you'd like to work with, and fill in the contact form.
2. An email is sent to the realtor as well as one to Peter Forai (Blocktalk’s Referring Agent).
3. Once you’ve chosen a representative, you’ll be contacted in the following circumstances only:
• to make sure your happy with the way things are progressing
• sending you a survey
• sending you money
4. Once you've completed you’re real estate transaction (buy/sell), we'll send you a quick five question survey to review and rate your real estate representative. Survey results are later posted to the blocktalk.ca site, without using any of your contact info.
5. After we've received your completed survey, Around the Block Media Corp. will send you money for your efforts, along with
   • make a donation to Local PAC
   • make a donation to Realtors Care
   • provide you with a gift certificate for an in-home interior design consultation from Gannon Ross Designs
